The antibody can be used in western blot, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry applications. It has been designed to recognize CD81 from mouse, rat and human samples. Anti-CD81 (extracellular)-PE Antibody(#ANR-211-PE) is directly conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) fluorophore. This conjugated antibody has been developed to be used in immunofluorescent applications such as direct flow cytometry and live cell imaging.
