Anti-EPO-R (phospho Y454 + Y456) antibody [RP23040088],Abcam,AB308034

What are recombinant multiclonals? Recombinant multiclonals are a mixture of recombinant antibodies co-expressed from a library of heavy and light chains. They offer several advantages including: - The sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies by recognising multiple epitopes - High batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility - Improved sensitivity and specificity - Long-term security of supply - Animal-free batch production View our range of recombinant multiclonal antibodies .

Scientific Background

Target data Receptor for erythropoietin, which mediates erythropoietin-induced erythroblast proliferation and differentiation (PubMed : 10388848, PubMed : 2163695, PubMed : 2163696, PubMed : 8662939, PubMed : 9774108). Upon EPO stimulation, EPOR dimerizes triggering the JAK2/STAT5 signaling cascade (By similarity). In some cell types, can also activate STAT1 and STAT3 (PubMed : 11756159). May also activate the LYN tyrosine kinase (By similarity).. Isoform EPOR-T. Acts as a dominant-negative receptor of EPOR-mediated signaling. See full target information EPOR phospho Y454 + Y456
