1μg/mL of ab186300 was sufficient for detection of FGF13 in 20 μg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. The clone number has been updated from S235-22 to N235/22, both clone numbers name the same antibody clone.
