Target data Prenylcysteine oxidase that cleaves the thioether bond of prenyl-L-cysteines, such as farnesylcysteine and geranylgeranylcysteine (PubMed : 12151402). Only active against free prenylcysteines and not prenylcysteine residues within prenylated proteins or peptides (By similarity).
