The antibody can be used in western blot, immunohistochemistry, live cell imaging, and immunocytochemistry applications. It has been designed to recognize TRPV4 from human, rat, and mouse samples. Anti-TRPV4 (extracellular)-PE Antibody(#ACC-124-PE) is directly conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) fluorophore. This conjugated antibody has been developed to be used in immunofluorescent applications such as direct flow cytometry and live cell imaging.
