The antibody can be used in western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, live cell imaging and indirect flow cytometry applications. It has been designed to recognize p75NTRfrom human, mouse and rat samples. Anti-p75 NGF Receptor (extracellular)-FITC Antibody(#ANT-007-F) is directly conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). This labeled antibody can be used in immunofluorescent applications such as direct flow cytometry using live cells.
