Brodalumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting IL17RA/CD217, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Brodalumab has been used in trials studying the treatment of Asthma, Psoriasis, Crohn's Disease, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Brodalumab was FDA approved in February, 2017 as Siliq for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
