Cosibelimab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting CD274, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Cosibelimab is a fully-human monoclonal IgG1 antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and PD-1 and certain receptors called B7. 1 by binding to PD-L1.
