Fresolimumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting TGFB/TGF beta, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Fresolimumab has been used in trials studying the treatment of Primary Brain Tumors, Metastatic Breast Cancer, Diffuse Systemic Sclerosis, Pleural Malignant Mesothelioma, and Primary Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis.
