Gosuranemab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting MAPT, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Gosuranemab (BIIB092) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal anti-antibody targeting the N-terminal tau protein (eTau). The basic principle of this treatment method is based on the hypothesis that eTau is involved in the spread of pathological diseases.
