Iratumumab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting TNFRSF8/CD30, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Immunoglobulin G1, anti-(human CD30 (antigen)) (human monoclonal MDX-060 heavy chain), disulfide with human monoclonal MDX-060 light chain, dimer. Molecular weight is approximately 170, 000 daltons. In phase I/II clinical trials for treatment of CD30+ lymphomas.
