Myc-Tag (71D10) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Pacific BlueTM Conjugate) detects exogenously expressed proteins containing the Myc epitope tag. This antibody conjugate recognizes the Myc tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells. This antibody conjugate detects exogenously expressed Myc-tagged proteins in cells expressed under a CMV promoter. Expression under other promoters has not been evaluated. This antibody conjugate may cross-react with c-Myc protein by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assays.
