Target data Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) and diphosphates (NDPs) (By similarity). The enzyme sequentially removes phosphate groups in two successive steps, converting NTPs to nucleoside monophosphates (NMPs) via NDP intermediates (By similarity).
