Purified anti-Htra2/Omi Antibody, Htra2/Omi, 8G11-4B8-4F10-G5, BioLegend, 944501

This clone was tested for ICC on HeLa cells using three different fixation/permeabilization methods: methanol-only, PFA+ methanol, and PFA+ Triton X-100. Staining was only observed with PFA+ Triton X-100 permeabilization and even this was quite faint and only detected at high exposures.This clone is weakly reactive with mouse Htra2 by western blot.
