This clone recognizes both human and mouse CRY2.When tested for western blot, this clone recognized a ~30 kD band of unidentified origin in human cell lines.This clone failed to immunoprecipitate CRY2 during product development testing and is not recommended for the application.When tested for ICC, this clone failed to stain RAW264.7 cells fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with either Triton X-100 or methanol; we therefore do not recommend it for the application.
