This clone was tested for ICC using NTERA-2 (negative control) and PC-3 (positive control) cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with either methanol or Triton X-100. Both methods resulted in weak staining with high background.W18029B is predicted to recognize the pro-pyroptotic N-terminal fragment of cleaved Gasdermin-D. The immunogen used to generate this clone is fully contained within the sequence of the N-terminal fragment.
