A minor 37kD band was detected by the clone during western blot product development testing. This band was also detected using a control antibody that was generated with a separate RRM1 immunogen; we believe this band represents a minor RRM1 degradation product.When tested for ICC on HeLa cells fixed with PFA and permeabilized with Triton X-100, this clone failed to stain RRM1. We therefore do not recommend this fixation-permeabilization step when using this clone for ICC.
