In contrast to BioLegend anti-RUNX1 clone 1C5B16, which shows reactivity towards both human and mouse RUNX1, clone W16118A is specific for human RUNX1 and does not cross-react with mouse RUNX1 (please see supplemental data). Clone W16118A (rat host) does not bind RUNX1 as strongly as 1C5B16 (mouse host), but still performed comparably to a competitor’s antibody.This clone is not recommended for ChIP (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation) assays (as determined by in-house testing).
