Purified anti-mouse CD204 Antibody anti-CD204 - 7G5C33, BioLegend, 676202
CD204 is polymorphic and clone 7G5C33 may not react with all mouse strains. In house testing with this clone showed no reactivity to C57BL/6 mouse spleen samples.The predicted molecular weight of CD204 is 50 kD, the observed molecular weight when clone 7G5C33 is used for western blot is ~70 kD. This is likely due to glycosylation of CD204 at multiple sites.
