Clone S20008D antibody reacts with mouse CD90.2 (Thy 1.2) which is expressed by C57BL/6 and BALB/C strains, but not on CD90.1 strains (AKR/J, PL, FVB, etc.).Clone S20008D can completely block binding of clone 30-H12 on target cells.To reduce non-specific binding to cells bearing Fc-receptors, pre-incubation of cells with TruStain FcX™ PLUS (anti-mouse CD16/32) Antibody (Cat. No. 156603 & 156604) is recommended prior to staining.
