V5-Tag (D3H8Q) Rabbit mAb detects recombinant proteins containing the V5 epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the V5-tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells. V5-Tag (D3H8Q) Rabbit mAb detects exogenously expressed V5-tagged proteins in cells expressed under a CMV promoter. Expression under other promoters has not been evaluated.
