Description of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit The Structure of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific diagnostic tool used for the detection and quantification of Vanucizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pathways. The kit is composed of several components, including a microplate coated with a specific capture antibody, a detection antibody, and a colorimetric substrate. The structure of this ELISA kit allows for the precise and accurate measurement of Vanucizumab levels in various biological samples. The Activity of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit The activity of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is based on the principle of sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The capture antibody is immobilized on the surface of the microplate, which specifically binds to Vanucizumab present in the sample. After washing away any unbound substances, the detection antibody is added, which binds to a different epitope on Vanucizumab. This creates a sandwich complex, with the capture antibody, Vanucizumab, and detection antibody all bound together. The next step involves the addition of a colorimetric substrate, which produces a color change in proportion to the amount of Vanucizumab present in the sample. The intensity of the color is measured using a spectrophotometer, and the results are compared to a standard curve to determine the exact concentration of Vanucizumab in the sample. The Application of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit Vanucizumab ELISA Kit has a wide range of applications in both research and clinical settings. It is primarily used for the quantitative measurement of Vanucizumab levels in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. This allows for the monitoring of Vanucizumab levels in patients undergoing treatment with this therapeutic antibody. One of the main applications of Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is in the field of oncology. Vanucizumab is currently being investigated as a potential treatment for various types of cancer, including colorectal, ovarian, and lung cancer. The ELISA kit can be used to measure Vanucizumab levels in cancer patients, which can help in the assessment of treatment response and the identification of potential biomarkers for disease progression. Apart from cancer, Vanucizumab ELISA Kit can also be used in other disease areas such as ophthalmology and inflammatory diseases. In ophthalmology, Vanucizumab is being studied as a potential treatment for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and the ELISA kit can be used to monitor Vanucizumab levels in patients undergoing treatment for this condition. In addition to its diagnostic applications, Vanucizumab ELISA Kit can also be used in preclinical and clinical studies to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Vanucizumab. By accurately measuring the levels of this therapeutic antibody in biological samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into its mechanism of action and optimize dosing regimens for maximum efficacy. In conclusion, Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the quantification of Vanucizumab levels in various biological samples. Its sensitive and specific nature makes it an essential component in the development and monitoring of this promising therapeutic antibody. With its wide range of applications, Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is a crucial tool for researchers and clinicians in the field of oncology, ophthalmology, and other disease areas.

This product is currently in development. The lead time for this product may be several months. Please contact us at [email protected] for an updated lead time before purchasing this product. Vanucizumab ELISA Kit is a quantitative ELISA kit for detection of Vanucizumab.Vanucizumab (RG7221) is an experimental humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) designed for the treatment of cancer. Vanucizumab is a bi-specific mAb composed of two different heavy chains and two different light chains. One arm of the antibody binds Angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) and the other is based on bevacizumab (Avastin), binding vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). The antibody is designed to inhibit both VEGF-A and Ang2 simultaneously to offer superior clinical benefit compared to VEGF-A inhibition alone. This drug was developed by Genentech/Roche. On 12 Mar 2018, Roche completes a phase I trial in solid tumors (combination therapy, late-stage disease, metastatic disease, second-line therapy or greater) in Spain, France, and Belgium.
