Vopratelimab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting ICOS/CD278, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Vopratelimab is an IgG1 ICOS antibody. Studies have shown that vopratelimab can not only activate effector T cells, but also inhibit intratumoral regulatory T cells (Treg cells) that weaken the immune response.
