Synaptotagmin-8 (SYT8) antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal against Synaptotagmin-8 (SYT8). Synaptotagmins, such as SYT8, share a common domain structure that includes a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic region composed of 2 C2 domains. SYT8 is involved in the trafficking and exocytosis of secretory vesicles in non-neuronal tissues and mediates Ca2+ regulation of exocytosis acrosomal reaction in sperm. It also may mediate Ca2+ regulation of exocytosis in insulin secreted cells.
