Epcoritamab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting CD3E/MS4A1/CD20, for use in laboratory research applications. This product is not suitable for use as medicines or in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Epcoritamab (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20) is a proprietary bispecific antibody created using Genmab’s DuoBody technology. It targets CD20 on the B-cells, a clinically well-validated target that is expressed in a wide variety of B-cell malignancies. Epcoritamab is currently under investigation in a Phase I/II study for multiple hematological B cell malignancies.
