As shown in Figure 1, using this ELISA Kit #7212, a significant induction of phospho-TrkA (Tyr490) is detected in 3T3/TrkA cells treated with NGF. However, the levels of total TrkA (phospho and nonphospho) in untreated and NGF-treated cells detected by PathScan®RP Total TrkA Sandwich ELISA Kit #7208, remain unchanged. This kit detects proteins from the indicated species, as determined through in-house testing, but may also detect homologous proteins from other species.
