Patented technology Our RabMAb ® technology is a patented hybridoma-based technology for making rabbit monoclonal antibodies. For details on our patents, please refer to RabMAb ® patents . What are the advantages of a recombinant monoclonal antibody? This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody, which offers several advantages including: - High batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility - Improved sensitivity and specificity - Long-term security of supply - Animal-free batch production For more information, read more on recombinant antibodies . Conjugation ready Our carrier-free antibodies are typically supplied in a PBS-only formulation, purified and free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol. This conjugation-ready format is designed for use with fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, and enzymes, which makes them ideal for antibody labelling, functional and cell-based assays, flow-based assays (e.g. mass cytometry) and Multiplex Imaging applications. Use our conjugation kits for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with 1 minute hands-on-time and 100% antibody recovery: available for fluorescent dyes, HRP, biotin and gold. Sandwich ELISA The recommended antibody orientation is based on internal optimization for ELISA-based assays. Antibody orientation is assay dependent and needs to be optimized for each assay type. Please note that the range provided for this antibody is only an estimation based on the performance of the product using the recommended antibody pair. Performance of the antibody pair will depend on the specific characteristics of your assay. We guarantee the product works in sandwich ELISA, but we do not guarantee the sensitivity or dynamic range of the antibody in your assay.

PathScan®Total PDGF Receptor alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit#7318 Brand Logo
ID: BAB086003050

PathScan®Total PDGF Receptor alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit#7318, Cell Signaling Technology (CST), 7318

PathScan®Total PDGF Receptor alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit #7318 detects endogenous levels of total PDGF receptor α protein. As shown in Figure 1, the level of total PDGF receptor α (phospho or nonphospho) before or after treatment of stimulator, remains unchanged as shown by Western analysis or by this Sandwich ELISA Kit #7318. In Figure 3, Western blot analysis of protein captured in the PDGF Receptor α Mouse mAb coated microwell shows major bands corresponding to the PDGF receptor α protein. This kit detects proteins from the indicated species, as determined through in-house testing, but may also detect homologous proteins from other species.

PathScan®Phospho-PDGF Receptor beta (Tyr751) Sandwich ELISA Kit#7345, Cell Signaling Technology (CST), 7345

PathScan®Phospho-PDGF Receptor beta (Tyr751) Sandwich ELISA Kit detects endogenous levels of Phospho-PDGF Receptor beta (Tyr751) protein. Using this Sandwich ELISA Kit #7345, a significant induction of phospho-PDGF Receptor beta (Tyr751) in NIH/3T3 cells treated with PDGF can be detected. However, the level of total PDGF Receptor beta protein remains unchanged, as shown by Western analysis using PDGF Receptor beta Rabbit mAb (7345-28D12) [Fig.1]. This kit detects proteins from the indicated species, as determined through in-house testing, but may also detect homologous proteins from other species.

ID: BAB771797619

PathScan®Phospho-PDGF Receptor alpha/beta (panTyr) Sandwich ELISA Kit#7235, Cell Signaling Technology (CST), 7235

PathScan®Phospho-PDGF Receptor alpha/beta (panTyr) Sandwich ELISA Kit #7235 detects PDGF receptor α/β when tyrosine phosphorylated. As shown in Figure 1, a significant induction of PDGF Receptor α/β tyrosine phosphorylation can be detected in MG63 cells following treatment with PDGF using the PathScan®Phospho-PDGF Receptor alpha/beta (panTyr) Sandwich ELISA Kit #7235. The level of total PDGF receptor α (phospho and nonphospho) remains unchanged as shown by Western analysis and by PathScan®Total PDGF Receptor alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit #7318. Western blot analysis of protein captured in the PDGF receptor α/β antibody coated microwell indicates that PDGF receptor α/β (phospho and nonphospho) has been captured (data not shown). The Western blot also shows a major band corresponding to the phospho-PDGF receptor α/β protein when biotinylated anti-tyrosine antibody is used as probe (see Figure 3). This kit detects proteins from the indicated species, as determined through in-house testing, but may also detect homologous proteins from other species.
