The PathScan^®RP Total Gasdermin D Chemiluminescent Sandwich ELISA Kit detects endogenous levels of Gasdermin D protein. This kit sensitivity is shown in Figure 1. This kit detects proteins from the indicated species, as determined through in-house testing, but may also detect homologous proteins from other species. The antibodies used in this kit target the amino-terminal region of human Gasdermin D protein. In transfection experiments, this ELISA kit recognizes full-length Gasdermin D but does not recognize cleaved Gasdermin D.
