26S Proteasome Complex Subunit SEM1 (SEM1) Antibody (FITC), Abbexa, abx305304
SHFM1 Antibody (FITC) is a Rabbit Polyclonal against SHFM1 conjugated to FITC. The product of this gene has been localized within the split hand/split foot malformation locus SHFM1 at chromosome 7. It has been proposed to be a candidate gene for the autosomal dominant form of the heterogeneous limb developmental disorder split hand/split foot malformation type 1. In addition, it has been shown to directly interact with BRCA2. It also may play a role in the completion of the cell cycle.

26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 6B (PSMC4) Antibody (HRP), Abbexa, abx317153
26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 6B (PSMC4) Antibody (HRP) is a Rabbit Polyclonal against 26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 6B (PSMC4) conjugated to HRP. The 26S proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered structure composed of 2 complexes, a 20S core and a 19S regulator. The 20S core is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. The 19S regulator is composed of a base, which contains 6 ATPase subunits and 2 non-ATPase subunits, and a lid, which contains up to 10 non-ATPase subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway. This gene encodes a member of the triple-A family of ATPases that is a component of the 19S regulatory subunit and plays a role in 26S proteasome assembly. The encoded protein interacts with gankyrin, a liver oncoprotein, and may also play a role in Parkinson's disease through interactions with synphilin-1. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.

26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 10B (PSMC6) Antibody (HRP), Abbexa, abx304987
26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 10B (PSMC6) Antibody (HRP) is a Rabbit Polyclonal against 26S Proteasome Regulatory Subunit 10B (PSMC6) conjugated to HRP. An essential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome, is the processing of class I MHC peptides. This gene encodes one of the ATPase subunits, a member of the triple-A family of ATPases which have a chaperone-like activity. Pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 8 and 12.

Proteasome 26S Subunit, Non ATPase 2 (PSMD2) Antibody, Abbexa, abx001625
PSMD2 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against PSMD2. An essential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome, is the processing of class I MHC peptides. This gene encodes one of the non-ATPase subunits of the 19S regulator lid. In addition to participation in proteasome function, this subunit may also participate in the TNF signalling pathway since it interacts with the tumor necrosis factor type 1 receptor. A pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 1. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants of this gene.
