C-Type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member D (CLEC4D) Antibody Brand Logo
ID: BAB595884857

C-Type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member D (CLEC4D) Antibody, Abbexa, abx002061

CLEC4D Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against CLEC4D. This gene encodes a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. Members of this family share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, such as cell adhesion, cell-cell signalling, glycoprotein turnover, and roles in inflammation and immune response. This gene is closely linked to other CTL/CTLD superfamily members on chromosome 12p13 in the natural killer gene complex region. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

C-type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member K (CD207) Antibody Brand Logo
ID: BAB536901918

C-type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member K (CD207) Antibody, Abbexa, abx005029

CD207 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against CD207. The protein encoded by this gene is expressed only in Langerhans cells which are immature dendritic cells of the epidermis and mucosa. It is localized in the Birbeck granules, organelles present in the cytoplasm of Langerhans cells and consisting of superimposed and zippered membranes. It is a C-type lectin with mannose binding specificity, and it has been proposed that mannose binding by this protein leads to internalization of antigen into Birbeck granules and providing access to a nonclassical antigen-processing pathway. Mutations in this gene result in Birbeck granules deficiency or loss of sugar binding activity.

Host

Reactivity

Human, Mouse, Rat

Applications

ELISA, WB
