Anti-payload Antibodies

Anti-payload Antibodies are specific antibodies targeting the payload component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)—the cytotoxic small molecules (e.g., MMAE, DM1, topoisomerase inhibitors) linked to antibodies via cleavable or non-cleavable linkers. These antibodies are essential tools for pharmacokinetic analysis, safety assessment, and quality control of ADCs, enabling quantification of intact ADCs, monitoring of free payload release, determination of drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR), and identification of metabolites.
